Come and Get Muddy and Messy With Us!
We realize and have experienced the boredom associated with road running. Muddy and Messy is an extreme and fun mud obstacle run set in the tranquility of Pennsylvanian woodlands. Slosh through mud and pull yourself up hills during your 5k running adventure. Enjoy the much earned satisfaction as you tramp (or crawl) across the finish line. Muddy and Messy challenges you physically and mentally.
New Team Registration Format + Pricing!
Unlike previous years the third annual Muddy and Messy offers early bird pricing. Listed below will be the dates in which price increases will occur, and what the prices will be through those dates. We also now offer team registration; so that one team leader does not need to collect all of their teams information and money. Each member can now just sign up with their team by themselves with a created password. It is important to note that each team must still end up with FOUR members or you will be moved to individual pricing. Lastly, do not worry, we still offer the convienence of free beer to participants (must be 21 or over).

Come out and Challenge Yourself!
Your health, whether it be physical or mental is one of the most important things to take care of during your lifespan. Muddy and Messy will help to test both of these aspects while connecting with others and having a blast in the process.
A percentage of the proceeds from Muddy and Messy will benefit Alzheimer’s Disease. As a family who sees and experiences Alzheimer’s disease on a daily basis we realize that not everyone has the choice to be completely healthy. Circumstances arise daily in many individuals mind and body. Research has come a long way in the past few decades and continues to flourish. If you are unable to run, or would like to also make a donation to The Alzheimer’s Association you can do this here.
